EvalMySkills EvalRadar allows users to accurately determine a pitchers velocity without the use of a Radar Gun. Simply take a quick video and mark the pitchers release point and the point when the catcher catches the ball and EvalRadar will tell you what a Radar Gun would have read (peak velocity) with remarkable accuracy.
In many ways this measurement more accurately depicts the effectiveness of a pitchers fastball, as not all 90 mph fastballs act the same, and there are many variables which a radar gun cannot take into account which can make some more effective than others (i.e. pitchers height, spin rate, etc.).
